Ways to improve physical fitness

I know many people who hate exercise but want to find a way to love it.
And that's what today's article is about
Exercise in a way that is not fun for you and helps you achieve your goals. While some people love to run all day, others seem to be allergic to exercise.
After all, nutrition is 90% of the equation. Exercise is the only supporting actor, so we should never spend time doing exercises we hate.
So let's talk exercise. Of course, it would be great if we all trained 5 days a week and got stronger, but the reality is that most of us don't have the time - or the desire - to hit the gym.

Ways to exercise without exercising

Ways to improve physical fitness

Traveling especially with friends

Put on your shoes, get out of the comfort of your hobbit hole and go explore the world around you!

Be sure to follow our travel guide for beginners on how to find a hiking destination near you, what shoes to wear, what to bring, and more.

Walking

No time to walk? Go for an easy walk. Even a fifteen-minute walk is enough to approach one mile, bringing you one step closer to Mordor.

Do you have a 30-minute meeting at work? Instead, make the meeting on foot. Steve Jobs is known for this.

Climbing

I like to climb. It's one of the best exercises for arms/back/face, you feel like a badass when you get to the top of the wall, and all the way up is marked so you can can start the challenge. Challenge yourself to get stronger/ fitter/ better.

Dance

Have you ever tried hard swing dancing? You will be sweating within 10 minutes. And hip hop? Sweaty and sore the next day.

Learn Martial Arts

Be honest. You watch The Matrix, you hear Neo say "I know Kung Fu" and you want to be able to say that one day. Whether it's Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Karate, or Capoeira (broken, tough), there are martial arts that will make you feel like a badass.

Consider a standing desk

Although we all know that correlation does not indicate causation, it is no surprise that there is a strong link between sitting all day and an unhealthy lifestyle. Wouldn't it be great not to adjust your posture, strengthen your legs, spend more time exercising and make your day more productive at a standing desk?

Have an active meeting

If someone wants to meet you for coffee, suggest something active: throw a baseball, throw a frisbee, go for a walk - anything that gets you going speed.

You know... that thing adults do?

Yes.

No need to Explain. Let's continue…

Clean

Yes, no one likes to clean the house/room. It's not everyone's favorite thing to do. So play it instead.

You see what you can accomplish with just one song, maybe dancing. Listen to podcasts while you do the dishes.

Try arm wrestling

This is a fun exercise that builds strong arm and core strength and will have you shooting after even a few minutes. So go find a park, go do handstands, cartwheels, anything else that makes you feel small again.

Parkour

I don't care how old you are, there's no reason why you shouldn't start spinning around your backyard and jumping off picnic tables and bicycles. Or, you can do it in your office

Gymnastics

Just like parkour, gymnastics will help you develop some of the best strength you can get from any type of exercise, done correctly. fun without the hassle of lifting only one weight. .

Swing from the bracelet, perform an attack, roll over the pad, and more.

Yoga

Develop flexibility and strength, learn to relax.

There are a million yoga poses, including awesome things like acro yoga, kid yoga (no pun intended), and beer yoga.

Just move

Anything that keeps you moving and moving!

Oh, what is it? Playing casual games like Grand Theft Auto V? Make a rule that you will only play stand ups or that you will do 10 pushups every time you die.

Play on the playground

go down the slide, swing on the monkey bars, climb the rope, balance yourself on the balance beam. Create an obstacle course for yourself and see how you can get rid of it quickly.

Cycling to work

I know that there are many people who have lost a lot of weight by making a change: they have cycled to work, or cycled to work home from their friend, or start cycling in general.

You'll get from point A to point B, save money on gas and exercise. Also, you can do it with friends!

Play childhood games

What games did you play as a child? Capture the flag? Hit the can? Is tagging easy? Gather some friends and give it a try - it'll be the most fun you'll ever have!

Try to park far from the regular parking spot

Every step counts. Every small decision, slightly different from "OLD you" is worth it. Everything is important when it comes to burning more calories than you consume each day.

Getting in shape doesn't have to be miserable.

Take the stairs

That's just two flights! And we were made to move. You can do it.

Of course, you will be out of breath at first. But it eventually becomes the norm.

And everything is worth it! Make it a game.

Listen something you like, while exercising

This is called a "combination of temptations". Connect your hobbies with the activities you want to do more of.

But I'm kidding if you can only listen to Harry Potter (for the 600th time) while walking on the treadmill, you'll be able to beat the gym. Do something. Whether you're building a sturdy house in the garden with your child or trying to figure out why you have 5 screws in an IKEA box you're assembling, building involves a lot of moving, bending, and - lifting and moving.

Sit in a squat Position

Sit in a squat Position or in a spade position on the floor while watching television. No, not leaning on the sofa. Sit down and work hard to your heart's content!

You can also do some form of exercise or movement like weight training during a commercial (or in the 15 seconds between Netflix shows!)

Go for a walk on the phone

What if you decide to stand up for all your phone calls?  Next: you will do many steps on the phone without realizing it!

Go for a picnic

Instead of sitting cross-legged at the dining room table, why not eat on the floor?

Bring a blanket or towel, eat in your room or go out to the park and have a picnic! You will need to change your posture and posture regularly.

Pull-up Bar Tax

Get a pull up bar on the door opening. Put it on the door you go through regularly.

And every time you pass, you will do 1 pull-up, 1 pull-up, or 10 seconds of tension on the bar.

Lasers around the house

Set up a beautiful string in your child's room or in some hallway, and you will pass under the lasers every time you cross the hallway. Don't touch the lasers!

Fruit Picking

Your level of safety and ability will depend on your experience here, but I remember climbing trees like a monkey as a child and loving every minute of it. Even if it's just on a tree branch or trying to climb a low branch, it can be a good way to "work out".

Relax Parkour

Whether it's shooting off road cracks, flying over corners, jumping from tile to tile, or jumping off a bench and back, it's worth it!

Just get yourself to move in a different direction than you normally would!

Play naturally! Yes, from tapping your toes to the music and stomping your feet to the beat.

Hiking

Whether it's hiking or horseback riding, being active with your kids is really powerful in instilling a love of exercise in them.
