Purchase Options, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature and natural variability of organic produce, cold-pressed juices, and freshly prepared food products, all Rüs Organic items are classified as perishable goods.


Refunds & Returns

Once an order has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, as these products are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed, prepared, or dispatched.

Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellations will no longer be possible due to food safety, hygiene, and freshness standards.


Refund Processing

Due to the volatile nature of organic juices, we do not offer refunds. Where a cancellation is approved, the amount will be credited for a future order.


EU Consumer Rights Notice

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including fresh food and beverage products.

Accordingly, delivered perishable items are not eligible for return or refund under EU law.


Indian Consumer Law Notice

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and applicable FSSAI regulations:

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of non-delivery, cancellation within the permitted time frame, or delivery of defective or incorrect products.

  • Perishable food items are exempt from mandatory returns once delivered, provided the product meets declared quality and safety standards.
